Simply the best
Glen and the technicians do a great job and I never get the feeling I'm being up sold. I've been going to Craig Auto since 1999. New or old vehicle, this is a good service shop.

20,000 Mile Service
Honda wanted to do the service but I instead took it to Craig Automotive as I have for over 20 years. Glenn is the best. He takes care of your needs and only does the needed repairs/services without piling on additional not needed services, etc.

EXCEPTIONAL, HONEST, EFFICIENT SERVICE
As a single mom it can be intimidating when things start to go wrong with your car. Mr Glen at Craigs Automotive got me right in, diagnosed my car's issues, repaired them and had my car back to me in the same day. Since my car is "my office" on wheels his efficiency really impressed me. He was honest, told me exactly what I needed and didn't try to sell me on a bunch of stuff that I didn't need. I don't like to put my name behind a lot of businesses because they can make you look bad but I will 100% refer Mr Glen and Craigs Automotive to everyone that I know.

Glenn is an excellent service manager. When something is wrong with the car, I can be assured that the car needs it.
