As I passed by Parma on my way to Florida I ran over a tire tread on the Turnpike. As a result, a shield on the bottom of the vehicle was ripped from it's mounting and was dragging on the road.

I was lucky to find Ken Ganley Hyundai. I did not have any affiliation with this dealership and yet they agreed to help me without an appointment. They put the vehicle on the hoist and removed the dragging shield as it was to badly damaged to be repaired. I was able to continue my trip to Florida. They did this without charge and washed the car as well.
