Excellent customer service
I left a message on their VM. Shocked and pleased that they called me back. Took my vehicle in for inspection and was a great experience. I knew I needed new windshield wipers and that is what they found. Fair, honest, and efficient service. I will be taking my other vehicle to them soon.

There is a reason I’ve been coming to Princess Anne Automotive for almost ten years. Actually there are many reasons: excellent expert service, honest employees focused on just what you need and not overcharging or telling you need something done that you really don’t need, good communication and friendly customer service!
