I’ve been here once. 6 months ago and my experience was so positive, I am going back for another oil change and a transmission drain and fill.

Honest!
Our van broke down on I-85 on our way home to South Carolina. We contacted Express Auto Care late in the evening on Friday and the owner was extremely helpful even though it was right at closing time. He got us in touch with a tow truck service and took a look at our van first thing in the morning Saturday.
Here is the best part, he discovered that our transmission went out (way too early for the mileage we had on the van). We were just outside of our warranty but he suggested we contact the Chrysler to see if they would help us anyways. In the end, the Chrysler paid for the new transmission BUT a Chrysler dealer had to do the work.
I am impressed with the honesty of Express Auto Care. He could have easily taken my money to rebuild the transmission but he did the RIGHT THING and gave me guidance that lost him the work but saved me thousands of dollars. He even coordinated getting the van moved to the dealer since we lived out of town. If I lived in Duluth, I would use him for ANY work I needed on my vehicles. If you live in Duluth, I HIGHLY recommend you give them a shot at your business.

Unprofessional
Owner was upset because I gave him a bad review on Square. When I picked up my vehicle, he decided to scream how he is a "black man" with a 1.2 million dollar business and he is so disappointed that I would give him a bad review. Really??? Why not politely ask why I rated him so low. I'm so glad I have him on video. He definitely needs to take a Business 101 course and a anger management course. Would NEVER recommend because of the poor customer service. Too bad he won't really know what caused me to give him a low rating score. Read the reviews on Yelp. Not very good.

This store gives a horrible name! My car has been in the shop for over a week for a 2 day problem. they won't answer any of my phone calls, the owner actually told me hes done having this converstation with me and hung up. there are so many complaints about to owner. he is rude ans disprectful. he told me my car wasnt a priority bc i was in bc of warranty. i spent over 2000 getting a whole new transmisson and a month later I'm back in the store because of a leak and they won't even answer or call me to let me know whats going on with my car. they need a new owner that actually cares!
