I made an appointment a week ahead of time to get my oil changed and my transmission flushed and filled. I called the morning of my appointment and the gal on the phone told me she was not sure they could do the work. She could not tell me why. I called back and spoke to the Manager. He told me come in at my appointment time and they would take care of me. I took time off work to make sure I was there ahead of schedule. I got there and waited while has was on the phone with one of his buddies about swamp coolers. When he got done he came out and told me they could not do the work after all. I was flat lied to by him earlier in the day. Stay away from this place!
