Left with more problems than I can with
Took the car in to get the rear fixed. I picked it up the first time and had to go back in before I even made it around the block. I had three new lights on the dash board turn on and the power steering no longer was working. I can back 2 days later. The lights were off and steering was fixed until I started to drive fore 30 minutes than I had 3 more lights and the check engine light turned on.

We’re truly sorry that your experience was so difficult, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. After your visit, we discovered the vehicle was experiencing a low-voltage issue. Once it went back in for calibration, it became clear that the battery needed to be replaced. We were able to work with the insurance company to cover the cost of the new battery and the updated battery tray.

Not good
Software is wrong no maps no star link all wiped out by body shop icons all wrong , software is messed up. Will take back see it they can fix what they did wrong, took over two weeks ….

Good work; poor communication
The lack of communication I experienced was appalling, but the shop did a really nice job on my 2019 Subaru Outback.

Great repair work
Dan's did a great job repairing our Subaru. We highly recommend them for that. They worked well with our insurance company. Communicating with front office staff was difficult. We were not given necessary information about having our car towed in until AFTER we had called the tow truck. (That they don't take tow ins after 4pm.)

Highly recommend
Our brand new car was hit broadside, incurring a lot of damage. Dan’s shop came highly recommended, and we are extremely happy with the work and communication.

Couldn’t have asked for better!
We had no idea what shop to use in Tucson when our car was hit at a stop sign, as we’re only here for the winter. A local acquaintance recommended Dan’s. While Dan’s wasn’t on the initial list of “recommended” shops provided by State Farm, they worked seamlessly with them. Our initial contact at Dan’s was Brenda (front office). She was GREAT! She helped us get the process started and kept us updated. Dan’s also worked with our car rental agency and State Farm when additional damage they uncovered extended the repair time. When we picked it up, the car looked great and had been detailed. Everyone throughout the process was very professional, helpful and friendly. If I ever need a body shop in the Tucson area again, Dan’s is the ONLY one I’d consider.

Excellent service under difficult conditions
Supply chain issues in early 2022 delayed the work of all collision centers but Dan's took our vehicle, organized a tow, and communicated with us regularly and accurately. The end result is a repair that is a work of art!

Poor communication with customer
There was not a single call made to me on the progress of the repair. On the 9th day after drop off, I called the repair consultant for an update. They said they were waiting for approval for the updated repairs from the insurance company. This led to many calls I had to make between the repair shop & the insurance company in order to get this repair finished. Every time the repair consultant said he would get back to me, I never received one call. Very poor follow up with the insurance company on getting approvals as well. Over three weeks for a small repair is crazy but the poor communication is unacceptable.
