This is the best place to take your car to for servicing. I am so pleased with their honesty, prices, cleanliness of the shop and their customer service with actual appreciation. Everyone there is so polite, professional and has such great personalities. I have been coming here for years and would not take my car anywhere else. Thank you!

They know what your car needs. Love what they do fix it right without charging you for what doesn’t need fixing.. great professional old time service. Not many places like it anymore.
Once again came in with a weird sound, though we might need to replace the brakes.
They found a pebble in the brake caliper and got it working perfectly.

Another shop quoted double.
I knew they were trying to take advantage, but I had no idea where to go so I asked a friend and they recommended this shop.
I wanted to wait for my review until I drove the car a bit to see if the repairs is held and everything was done right. Now I cannot recommend this place more.
They were friendly they were professional, the shop was clean and more importantly the bill came to an incredibly reasonable amount for what they did. Put me back on the road in an emergency where the car stopped, and I’ll be bringing my car back for everything. Definitely was the perfect recommendation. I’ve been trying to find an honest, good licensed mechanic in Tucson since I moved here five years ago, and I just found it. Thank you so much and I feel so happy that I finally found somewhere I can afford to take my car to keep it running. And I can trust them to only do what it needs.
I went in to get new spark plugs and my Mazda 5 didn't need this right now.
Can you believe that an automotive company is honest enough to tell a customer this? I saved $300.
Turn 4 is hands down the best mechanic I’ve worked with. I came in for an alignment, and not only did they do a great job, they also fixed a few minor issues at no extra cost. They truly listened to my concerns and were incredibly honest about what needed fixing and what could wait. No upselling, no pressure—just quality work and genuine care. If you find an honest mechanic, hold on for dear life. Highly recommend Turn 4!

I learned about Al and the rest of the crew of Turn 4 Automotive many years ago through Word of Mouth from trusted friends. The interaction from every employee is polite and friendly. The actual repair services are professional and high quality. The family run nature of the business actually makes you feel like you're a valued facet of their business. And last but not least, they are quite competitively priced. This is probably because they do not have to advertise because they are always busy taking care of people who learned about them from other people who learned about them from other people.
