Was once my go to place, sad to say I'm looking for somewhere else.
I've brought my 3 cars to jp for years.
But sadly I'll be looking for somewhere else.
Cost of some services doubled. They had another of my cars for months and never was able to diagnose and repair it.
I wish they told me they weren't interested in the beginning.
Brought another car for an alignment. Pulled to the right the same after "repair". Brought it back a second time, same thing. I was charged both times. I finally brought it to another place. They fixed the pulling with an alignment.
I really wanted to keep going there.
As I was picking up my two tires because of a non repairable flat. the shop and I were trying to figure out which of the old tire was the good of the two seeing they didn't separate the non repairable one. The owner said, are you going to look at f$#n tires all day?
I grabbed the 4 tires and left.
I have always recommended jp to friends.
Maybe I can find somewhere else to recommended.
