My horrible experience at Joe Pecheles Greenville Audi
I’ve always been a fanatic for Audi’s amazing Customer Service skills and Mechanical work to properly diagnose and actually fix a mechanical or electrical discrepancy with my Audi. Nothing but satisfaction. However, after taking my 2009 Audi over to Joe Pecheles, Greenville Audi, for an Oil Leak, I expected the repair to go smoothly and started leaking literally less than a week later. I now have a Coolant issue that leaks and called for services 3 times on 3 different days requesting to speak to Services and nothing (Left voice messages and called asking for help). My guess is that they are backed up and need actual Mechanical engineers that specialize in Audi Repair Services. I’ve been to many Audi Dealerships around the country and this is by far the worst experience I’ve had at an Audi Dealership. Do I have to drive two hours away for help?
