Flat Tire
I hate reading negative reviews! I have never had anything less than great service at Pechelles Audi! Always a loaner available. My last flat tire was a 5 hour ordeal. However, it was logistics. To have your car towed and also need the use of 2 drivers to get a loaner takes time, especially at the end of the day! By the way, there is a national shortage of rental cars.

My horrible experience at Joe Pecheles Greenville Audi
I’ve always been a fanatic for Audi’s amazing Customer Service skills and Mechanical work to properly diagnose and actually fix a mechanical or electrical discrepancy with my Audi. Nothing but satisfaction. However, after taking my 2009 Audi over to Joe Pecheles, Greenville Audi, for an Oil Leak, I expected the repair to go smoothly and started leaking literally less than a week later. I now have a Coolant issue that leaks and called for services 3 times on 3 different days requesting to speak to Services and nothing (Left voice messages and called asking for help). My guess is that they are backed up and need actual Mechanical engineers that specialize in Audi Repair Services. I’ve been to many Audi Dealerships around the country and this is by far the worst experience I’ve had at an Audi Dealership. Do I have to drive two hours away for help?

Service department knowledge is terrible
Please beware of Joe Pechelos Audi of Greenville I took my car in for a coolant leak which I knew I had after 14 days they still had not found the leak but informed me that the leak was not the problem but it was actually the coolant fans that needed to be replaced. Well this didn’t make sense to me so I asked them again about the leak and was assured that it was a minor leak that would cost 300.00 dollars to fix. Well a week later 21 days of them having my vehicle they informed me that I had coolant mixing with my oil and I needed a new motor which would cost over 10000 dollars My problem is now they expect me to pay them 3700 for the fans that they insisted were the problems after they assured me my problem was the fans. I see a lot of positive reviews for this establishment but I personally feel like I have been treated terribly unfairly almost criminal sorry for the long post But this dealership is definitely not for everybody

Nightmare
My Audi blew a tire on Hatteras. Nearest dealer is Pecheles. Audi agreed to pay for tow after tire blowout as distance to dealer (160 miles) exceeds recommended use of donut spare (70 miles). Pecheles replaced tire and performed 2 warranty repairs (that's 3 so far in a 1 year old car), but failed to notify Audi of the need to "re-unite" (Audi's term) my car with me by towing it back to Hatteras. Audi refuses to pay the $800 tow bill because Pecheles dropped the ball. I'm out $1500 so far on this car I bought brand new. Avoid Pecheles like the plague. And don't bother buying an Audi unless you like to visit the service department a lot.

Always great service from service department
Great service in a timely manner,always have the best service @ service department (Rick Sutton)and friendly atmosphere.
