Registration person was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, I truly enjoyed him serving me. I can't remember his name but every work place facility need an employee like him. His character to me exceeds and goes beyond his job description. I was approached by 2 others employees that showed such concern and offered assistance.Because of my interaction I would definitely recommend my family and friends

Tow was fine. Service was not.
Service wildly overpriced in my opinion. $1000 to change an alternator that we picked up for $243 after the core exchange and my husband did in less than two hours despite only having done it once before on a different vehicle. Called to get quotes to tow it to my house and wa given a price. After discussing with my husband called back and the price was more than $60 more. Asked about it and I felt that the woman on the phone was dismissive and rude about it. Went in to pay the $100 diagnostic (even though we all definitely knew it was the alternator but what can you do) and the owner asked me if I had a problem. I said I felt that the woman on the phone was rude and she asked who which I did not know. She said she would play back the tapes and I declined saying I just wanted my car off of the lot (at this point feeling like they have been trying to take advantage of it having been towed there). Asked her if she would give the tow truck driver the keys. She said she didn’t know who was picking it up. I told her the company name (the second tow truck company listed on Google) and she responded “ohhhh I see what’s going on here” in a snarky tone. I’m not really sure what that meant but I’m glad to be out of there and have my car fixed for less than half what they were trying to charge me including having had it towed to my house. All that said the young man who originally picked up my car (Dylan) was very polite and friendly. I certainly was not expecting the rest after having met him but here we are. After reaching out to a few locals about it all of their response when I said I went to Richie’s was that they are crooked and not polite. I would never ever go there again and would never ever recommend them to anyone for any service beyond a tow.

Richie’s Professional and Timely Service
My husband and I were traveling on I-95 North from South Carolina heading home to Maryland during the Memorial Day weekend. Once we hit the North Carolina line, the vehicle’s alternator began to malfunction. We called AAA and the vehicle was towed to Richie’s, not far from a friend’s home. Our friend highly recommended Richie’s. What a blessing! Our vehicle was repaired in one day and we were back on the road. We are super pleased with the professionalism, respect, and common curtesy we received from the manager and employees of Richie’s. We highly recommended Richie’s in Wilson, North Carolina. 😀

Bad. UNTRUSTWORTHY AND UNPROFESSIONAL
Got a flat Friday night driving from Rocky Mount to Fremont in Black Creek. Car was perfect..still has paper tags. There Time getting there idc bc whatever. It took him like 40 mins to hook the car up for whatever reasons per tracking. Idk bc I left the key. He drops car off. I get up the next morning to put the new tire on and everything seems ok. Why?? Bc no water or anything on my cement. I drive 2 minutes and realize my car is running hot. Research and see a big hole in my radiator. No water in the radiator or reservoir. So that means it leaked out otw to my house on the tow. They tell me he didn’t do it. SO WHO DID IT. He dropped it off 6 hrs ago and it hasn’t been moved until the new tire. They say they don’t hook up the car. Ik they lying bc how you secure it to the rack?? Just the tires?? Not only that. They towed my car from the front AFTER MAKING SURE IT WAS A RWD. So if my drive train mess up that’s on me too huh. Don’t trust them for roadside. They liars. They could’ve just bought the radiator at the junk yard and I’d been happy. Unprofessional and I swear ima find a way to sue. BC I HAVE CAMERAS IN MY YARD. You literally can tell in the pic something was forced in lol. What that shape look like to yall?? Right.

2017 KIA Sorento - Engine Overheating
From the tow truck operator who picked me up at 11pm (within 15 min of me placing the call for assistance) AND dropped me off at a local hotel...to the dispatchers who stayed cool, calm, professional, talking me through the process and making me feel that all will be handled...to the GM who took the time to walk me through all that had been done to exceed my expectations.
Richie's, you guys/gals ROCK and I appreciate you all. Many thanks for getting me home for a weekend with my wife!

Mini van would not crank.
Called Richie’s because van was dead, would not crank. They were at my house when they said they would be. Assessed the problem and fixed on the spot. Mechanic was professional and knowledgeable. Would call them again if necessary.

Communication Severely Lacking
To start, their towing company refused to pick us up unless we called their company office and asked if they could take us. When we arrived, we were given a 2 day estimate. It took aver 2 weeks. We were stranded 3 hours from home, so communication was through the phone, but it was lacking. They only called us once to update, and could not give us details when we called them.
