They have had my girlfriends car for two months. We were in the area so we stopped by to check the status of the car and get an estimate timeframe of when the work will be done. John was the most unprofessional person I've ever encountered; cussing us out for simply inquiring about our car. So far in two months they have not touched the car. They said they found parts at a junk yard, but they could not say when they were going to get the parts. I offered to go to the junkyard myself and bring the parts down to the shop to save time, and John yelled some more profanities before asking us to leave.

Edit: just got home and John called and said they are now refusing to do any work, and to come pick up the car
