I have been bringing all of my vehicles to JAR since I lived in the area (eight years). Our family has an 2006 Tundra 2017 Accord and 2022 RXH currently. Three years ago they replaced two tire pressure sensors on my Tundra that were now failing. Toyota warranted they parts for two years. I was pretty upset because the original sensors lasted at least 10 years on all my vehicles. David handles my grumpy attitude and chose to push on Toyota to do better since the parts clearly should have lasted longer. They got some concession on the parts and then came through on the labor pricing greatly reducing the cost of the repair. This is why I am a loyal customer and bring all my vehicles to them. They stand behind there work and don't push unneeded repairs. 7 STARS.
