Service dept talks behind customers backs laughing
My wife and I went here to do an oil consumption test because it’s the only close Hyundai dealership. We were hopeful at first because it absolutely is burning oil. We had a few certified mechanics check this throughout believing we had this issue, so we decided to take it on in for a warranty claim.

They proceeded to spray the under body per their requirements for a recall due to rot. They sealed rot behind with the spray and could never produce documentation stating Hyundai would cover seized parts due to this being required to run an oil consumption test. They never provided ANY information and we have all the emails. The recorded calls of them being extremely rude after doing something to our car before explaining it in detail to my wife are great proof!

We went for our final consumption test yesterday and we could HEAR the woman behind the desk and other employees talking terribly about us and laughing about this is the third time WE ARE DONE with them. Paraphrasing but don’t worry my wife heard it all and she will have a review soon.

I will be reaching out to corporate with their specific employee names, reporting this business to the state and BBB, and filing a lawsuit with Hyundai. We had this car checked prior each time we brought it to Hyundai with photos of the dip stick showing half oil.

Do not bother with these disrespectful people talking behind customers backs. Guess they should’ve checked if we could hear them but don’t worry we heard it ALL! She came in hopeful proud to be the one to do it after telling her employees “she’s got this” to tell us two we can complain to Hyundai corporate and we are DONE.

Don’t worry karma is patient. Hope you went home all giddy because of how well you fit in talking badly about customers to other employees. You must be real PROUD and I’m sure your parents are too kid
