While it’s my thought that these guys are honest with completing your service with fair rates, it’s a duty to the customer to clearly spell out what charges are going to be prior to billing. Maybe it’s the assumption that I would proceed no matter the financial outlay, maybe the techs were eager to push through the project to get my jaguar fixed and out the door. Either way, a bill change deserves and discussion that clearly details the upcharge.
Don’t get me wrong, my car was treated fine dispute the general Machanic signs of grease which I quickly took to the car wash to shine her back up. I think that maybe the service call could have included a detail to make it stand out a bit but that is just me. Overall I’m really happy with this shop and will come back.
