From junker to jazz
I thought I had bought a lemon but Andrew and the team made it feel like I bought a good used car. Horizontal took their time to diagnose the car right and they saved me money. They took a Shakey 2016 jeep to a sooth riding SUV . Highly recommend.

Amazing, excellent service.
I had a slow leak in one of my tires, my regular auto shop couldn’t fit me in until two weeks from now. I googled auto shops close to me and saw Horizontal Auto; after reading all of the excellent reviews I called them. I was told they could see me at noon today I was in and out within 30-45 minutes! They found a nail and repaired my tire! Excellent service, I highly recommend them and I’m sure I’ll be using them again!!

Super pleasant experience
This was a great experience at a mechanics shop. The technicians checked me in swiftly for my brake job. They even showed me the parts that needed replacing, thoroughly explained why that part was bad, and even showed me a good part in comparison. They had me fixed and out the door in 3 hrs. I had made an appointment ahead of time which made things faster because they had already ordered the brake pads before I got there. All in all, Androw and his team are excellent and efficient.

Very happy with this company
After thoroughly doing research on this company, I came in on a Saturday. If you know- not too many good places are open Saturday. They lived up to their reviews. I instantly felt at home and like I was in good hands. I visited a few days later and met the owner and another worker- they were just as cool. You can tell that this isn’t just a job to them, but that they enjoy what they do and are extremely knowledgeable.

When they diagnosed my car, they communicated/ explained in a way I could understand and were transparent with the work that needed to be done, the cost breakdown, and my options. As a 20-something year-old female, I really appreciated that!

Exceptional service per usual
Came in for an oil change, but the shop also notified me of very important maintenance I need to do for my BMW as far as replacing parts caused from wear and tear after 100k miles. Everyone in the shop is very passionate about what they do and very knowledgeable.
