Exceptional service per usual
Came in for an oil change, but the shop also notified me of very important maintenance I need to do for my BMW as far as replacing parts caused from wear and tear after 100k miles. Everyone in the shop is very passionate about what they do and very knowledgeable.

I am very pleased
For the most part, I’m pretty pleased with the service and treatment.

While it’s my thought that these guys are honest with completing your service with fair rates, it’s a duty to the customer to clearly spell out what charges are going to be prior to billing. Maybe it’s the assumption that I would proceed no matter the financial outlay, maybe the techs were eager to push through the project to get my jaguar fixed and out the door. Either way, a bill change deserves and discussion that clearly details the upcharge.

Don’t get me wrong, my car was treated fine dispute the general Machanic signs of grease which I quickly took to the car wash to shine her back up. I think that maybe the service call could have included a detail to make it stand out a bit but that is just me. Overall I’m really happy with this shop and will come back.

Diagnostic
HM has been my go-to shop for the past year. Came in today for a diagnostic and they were able to quickly find out what was wrong with my car. I appreciate that they are honest and thoroughly explain to you what repairs they recommend taking care of first. I will always recommend them to anyone in need of any car repairs.

BIG DISAPPOINTMENT
I thought I found a God send, instead I found another man who does things his way instead of what the customer asks for ( especially when the customer is a woman). I should have left the car with the dealership, his services was racking up to be just as much as what the dealership was asking.
