Prompt & efficient!
Made an appointment online in the evening (after hours) - got an email for confirmation. Dropped the SUV off early - not an issue at all. Received a call - stating things were good & that IF I wanted them to, they could inspect the vehicle a month early for me. WOW - that's great!! Prompt & efficient check out; great communication throughout the entire time frame. Even got a water to go!

Bad business
My son purchased a 2016 Hyundai Santa 1 year ago November. 6 months in we realized that the engine was burning oil at high rate. Over 3 quarts in a 1000 mile span. Now Hyundai wont fix it because he wasn't the original owner. This is after it failed the oil consumption test. Heck, I even received literature on a class action suit that Hyundai lost because of the engines.

Top-Notch Service
My car had a transmission problem that took two-three weeks for corporate to fix. Thankfully, Rick Mitchell kept me updated every step of the way. I never felt in the dark which could have been an easy way for businesses to sneak in extra prices. I'm very thankful that Rick told me every detail I needed to hear and more. If you have a problem in the future, hit him up.

Mess up peoples credit
My daughter bought a car from here on December 14th and needed a co-signer to get a lower interest rate. She asked me to co-sign and I said yes. At the start of this I had an 816 credit score which is excellent.
They told me financing was in place all I had to do is co-sign and she would get the lower interest rate. I have gotten repeated denials for financing for this car. They ran me through so many financing options that they made my credit score fall by almost 100 points. These people do not know what they are doing when it comes to financing. Then on top of it instead of being a co-signer I am the purchaser of the car. How does this happen????? I would never recommend anyone buying a car for this place. Then when your ask for the owners name to speak with him they hang up on you. People be ware!!!!

Fantastic Service
In the last month or so I have brought both of our Hyundai’s (a Santa Fe and a Sonata) to Hanover Hyundai for recalls. The service and follow through I received from Rick and his team was exceptional.
