Nothing but happy 😊
My mini had a rear stop light out. Donnie found that the circuit board within the taillamp assembly had melted. Got the part, got it installed and up in running in no time at all. He performed the FREE multipoint vehicle inspection and was pleased to hear that my car has a clean bill of health

Service dept
I have been using Burns for the last two years for all three of my cars regular maintenance and repairs. The staff is always friendly and professional. They are accommodating and make the customer always feel that they are their top priority.

Amazing service

The best around.
I’ve dealt with Burn’s for years now when it comes to buying my trucks. Recently I’ve taken an interest in using their service department for my trucks and my fiancé’s Volkswagen. Nothing but great communication during the entire process. Trust worthy when it comes to fixing the problem immediately. They get to the issue, and definitely don’t burn a hole in your pocket. Couldn’t recommend them more!

These guys are awesome!
I had some funky sounds and didn’t know what it was and had a trip out of town..Bridget and Bobby got it figured out and fixed right on time, and ready for me when I got back in!
Had to come back a few weeks later with a headlight issue and once again .. quick and fixed … in no time!

Fantastic Service
I have a 2018 Ram Promaster Van it is a mobile grooming van. Because of this it was modified a lot by the previous owner. We are dealing with hot water heaters, furnaces, bathing systems, dryers, clipper vacuum systems and more in addition to the basic engines and driving issues. Burns and my mechanic/their mechanic Micheal do an awesome job. They take great care of my van Mike can fix anything and they understand my van is my livelihood I need to get in get it fixed and out they totally respect my needs and my time. The service is awesome and they are always a pleasure to deal with.

Always top notch in quality and service.
As I have for a few years now when it comes to either of my cars I know I can trust Bob and his team to get things done. They are always friendly and do their best to make sure I have options and explain the outcomes. They don't try and talk to me like they know all and to just take their word for it. I tell everyone I know to bring all their vehicles here.

Burns Auto Service Department
On my most recent visit to the auto service department, I encountered as usual the professional and caring staff that always show genuine concern and eagerness to resolve any issues or problems I may be experiencing with my truck.0n this particular visit they did not let me down. They managed to fit my service in on little notice to reassure me I’d not be without my vehicle for more than the day. It’s this kink of excellent service, professional and caring that has kept me returning to Burns and will have me continue to return for regular service and maintenance needs in the future.
Thank you all in the service department for providing such a warm and friendly environment. I look forward to my next visit!
