Another awesome repair.
As always, Chuck has done an excellent job. He is a consummate professional. He works quickly and accurately. You never have to worry about being overcharged at CR Smith. There are two other fine mechanics at thus shop, one with 48 years experience. For anything, even an engine replacement you can trust this great shop.

Didn't fix issue
Car wouldn't start. Thought it was due to cold weather but I knew it was something more because it was happening more frequently. Took it in to be looked at and they told me nothing is wrong with it because it started up every time. Well guess what, now it won't start at all and I have to get a jump or a tow if the junk doesn't work. So thanks because now I have no car and I have to take it to be repaired !! More time and energy wasted.

Magnificent Mechanics! Superlative Service!
CR Smith has three excellent mechanics! On this job Chuck went way above the call of duty. He went way way way above it working with his owner Alan, they had to find a replacement engine for my 2015 Honda CRV touring model which had 181,000 miles. eventually, they had to swap two engines from salvage, because the first one they were sent was bad. The second one worked out, but after swapping it, the transmission blew. They then found a new tranny from salvage and swapped that. I cannot give specifics about the cost, But the break in price they gave me was beyond my understanding. They are a class act and worked so very hard to get out car back to us. God bless them all.
