WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE
I had been looking for a Kona Limited for a long time. I live in Maine so I started with two dealerships closest to home. Both of them wanted to make an appointment through their "sales assistant" before I could go in.
In the meantime, one dealership sold both models I was suppose to test drive with no other feedback like we could show you this or anything, just they sold.
The other dealership wanted to make an appointment but the "sales assistant"
must have left early and never made the appointment with me and by the time she got back to me I had already bought my new Kona Ultimate from Michelle.
Michelle is the absolute best! She took me for a test drive that was out of this world. She went over all the features of the vehicle and even set up my phone with it. Finance was quick and easy and I was out of there and driving back to Maine in no time. I not only found a new car dealership, I also made a new friend! Everyone is very friendly and there is no pressure what so ever. This dealership gives you the kind of experience that I remember so long ago. Relaxed, professional, kind, no pressure- I couldn't be happier. Thank you.

Amazing Dealership - Fantastic Salespeople
I always have an excellent experience shopping at Hampton Hyundai. Michele listens to what you need/want and will work with you to find a car within your price point. She goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. She even knitted my newborn son a blanket! In short, she's the best. Once you shop at Hampton Hyundai, you'll never want to go anywhere else.

Dealership was able to get my vehicle in for its first service quickly and on the day time that would work best for me

Staff were professional, polite and made you feel at home

Facility was clean and comfortable while waiting for my vehicle
