Appallingly substandard inept service!
???I don't like to give bad reviews unless it is absolutely necessary and this is necessary!  I initially thought the appallingly substandard service received at Haley Motors that happened in April of this year was an isolated incident and after given a very meager discount for the immense trouble I decided to spare them the bad review UNTIL my mother just had the exact experience just a few days ago. Side eye! ?

I had my Porsche Cayenne serviced for an oil change, check lluminated engine light,  brakes on one side, and to replace a headlight. I had recently moved back to Winston- Salem from Atlanta. I didnt know where to start as far as who to entrust the maintenance care for my Porsche. The closest Porsche dealership is in Greensboro and with my engine light on I decided to go with convenience. After researching because of the review rating I went with Haley Motors. Well, I've learned 2 things after this experience: Never go with convenience with something you care about, and take these "inflated" ratings and reviews with a grain of salt. I had the worst experience from noone calling to let me know my vehicle was completed and ready for pick up which led to it sitting a whole weekend, to having to return the car SEVERAL times because the engine light came back on within 30 minutes of driving it, to not having oil in the vehicle after paying for an oil change, to having to fork out more money because their,  "diagnostics missed something" or "the part went bad after it was back in my posssession" , quoting their exact words. In one instance they told me they had a loaner car available, but instead when I get there they tell me there was none available causing unnecessary inconvenience when I could have made arrangements for transportation myself.
The service is utterly ridiculous and to this day my engine light goes off and on. Although paying over 2000 dollars I refuse to have them touch my car again

I forewarned my mother to think twice about taking her vehicle considering what I went through, but because she had a good experience when Haley Motors operated under a different management she felt confident and believed her experience would be different from mine. Unfortunately, she experienced the same treatment. For the sake of a lengthy review I won't detail her experience.

However, I think it is unusual to diagnose, quote a price and after they receive your payment, you learn the problem persists. Upon returning uour car to Hayley Motors they diagnose a new problem, leading you to fork out additional monies.  This seems routine for them. I personally believe they are inefficient and incompetent. They do not take responsibility for their mistakes and only make excuses.

Their level of care for us as customers was subpar to nonexistent as we were treated with crass and carelessness.  I can see through the smoke and mirrors of smiles and small talk. It's about their quality of service provided or lack thereof .
From our experience they are an incompetent, tactless, deceptive group that strings you along to milk more money out of you while delivering substandard and inept service. Enter at your own risk!!!???
