Fast, friendly, affordable.
I’ve relied on Rattle + Hum since they opened in 2012 to keep my 2002 Toyota Tundra in tip-top shop. Highly recommend R + H for their budget-friendly expert service.

Air conditioner computer part replaced
Rear air conditioner in van wasn’t functioning properly.
When dropping it off, their folks surmised it was the compressor. Estimate was $1,500.
Fortunately, they are careful and thorough.
They found it to be a computer issue which was $680 something.
They’re honest and very competent.

Great service is hard to find - I found it.

I really appreciate the guys at Rattle and Hum. They provide timely service without giving the feeling that repairs/service have been rushed. The pricing is honest to the initially quoted price and I've never left with the feeling of "Did I overpay for this?"

The dudes in the front office communicate very well and are great at answering questions without the stereotypical "car shop guy talking down" effect. There's a good balance of quality between the guys you talk to at the desk and the folks you may not speak to that are doing the repairs.

Good customer service and professional
I liked interacting with rattle and hum, they took the time to explain the issue to me and were very professional. Only reason for not giving a full 5 stars is I thought they were expensive and didn’t feel like a shop that is welcoming to people who do their own maintenance and only need professional opinions on diagnosis and repairs beyond their comfort level.
