We purchased a 2021 full-time living 5th wheel the beginning of June. It apparently wasn't inspected prior to delivery or they didn't bother to take care of anything. After delivery we found 5 outlets and all the dump levers not working. When we called the service manager about the problems he informed us that like a Real Estate Agent, once it's purchased, it's no longer their problem. We have to figure out how to get the items fixed ourselves. It isn't cost effective for them to come out and do the repairs. We love the 5th wheel but wish we had gone anywhere else to purchase it.
