I was in an accident and my car was not drivable. It was towed to Old Dominion.
The entire staff was incredibly supportive. They were friendly, honest and informative. They were also compassionate and helpful as I sorted through my options. They gave me useful information to help me decide whether it made sense to repair the car. Ultimately insurance declared it “totaled” and I decided not to repair it. Even though Old Dominion didn’t get a repair job, the staff remained supportive of my choice and helpful in reviewing my plans for getting another car. They even gave me a “good-bye” bag and a red rose. I was overwhelmed and so grateful. I would certainly choose Old Dominion again ( but I hope I never have another auto accident.)

Car accident repairs
My experience with Old Dominion was top notch. Communication and updates every couple of days. I have never experienced with any other company. Repairs made look amazing. Highly recommend Old Dominion.

I have never been made to feel so comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation.
At the first phone contact I was made to feel calm and relaxed. Lainie explained every aspect of the process to get my car back to its original condition.
She was very helpful with rental car information.
With every call back I made each person who answered my call was extremely helpful, friendly, supportive and spoke with compassion for my situation.

I’ve been using Old Dominion for years through many cars and many accidents (mostly the other drivers’ fault) They’re patient and understanding, efficient and professional, they get the job done to perfection AND they are an authorized Mercedes repair shop. highly recommended!

Very professional and good commicators
Our car was repaired in a timely manner and they did a great job. They sent updates twice a week. If we ever need collision repair again we will head to Old Dominion

Quality service and great communication
Old Dominion surpassed expectations by maintaining open lines of communication and regular updates on the repair process of my truck. They even went above and beyond when I mentioned to Mikah that I was planning to propose on a trip while my truck was in the shop, and when the truck was done, presented me and my new fiancée with a card congratulating us on our engagement! It was signed by several people in the office. They really know how to make a customer feel like family! Keep up the great work.

Good Work
It took 30 days to complete the repairs. This was due to parts being delayed. Other than that they do great work and communicate well.

For a perfect repair on your car go to Old Dominion in Eugene Oregon
If you are tired of taking your car back to repair shops when they don't do it right the first time then take your car to Old Dominion in Eugene Oregon. It is literally the only place I have been able to take my cars to get them fixed right the first time. Other shops I have tried could not even come close to the same quality of work. Old Dominion uses only OEM parts from what I understand, and the paint is an exact match. I am very picky about my car repairs, and want others to do the work on my cars as if it was their own car. You will be very happy with your auto body repairs done at Old Dominion. On top of all of that the staff are all very pleasant to work with. No one there makes you feel out of place, or like your wasting their time. Thats a huge bonus.

I'm very pleased with the service I received. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. They made sure I was at ease and worked with my schedule.

These guys are awesome!
My vehicle was vandalized. It needed a complete paint job and 4 new tires. My insurance company gave me a pretty hard time. The staff at old dominion helped me deal with them which was a huge stress relief. My fj cruiser looks absolutely beautiful again! Thank you guys. I would definitely use you guys again. I highly recommend this company

Friendly, top shelf service
I have had occasion to use Old Dominion on several occasions. They cut NO corners, it is impossible to tell that your vehicle was ever damaged. The service advisor, Lainie, will negotiate effectively with insurance to make sure the job is done correctly. The office environment is very professional. Highly recommended.

Every aspect of the experience was top notch at Old Dominion. Every interaction was helpful and informative. They are experts in dealing with insurance and all aspects of getting your car fixed.
