Mario great at upsell, Dwayne (hulk) does'nt honor discounts
This is your warning! Upsell you and tell you that you need to put a part on to fix the problem, after 1000.00 dollars the check engine light came on before 24 hours. Guess what need another part, Audi specialist is pathetic and lacks knowledge of Audis. Mario and hulk (office manager) full of BS. also they are threatened when you ask questions regarding the work. I should have received discounts and they refused to honor them. Dwayne offended when I didnt say Hi after the check engine light came on after telling me they fixed the problem. Sensitive boys when smart woman asks questions. got money to waste enjoy the ride!!!! When they said I needed a new timing belt/water pump again (replaced 2019) to fix problem I realized how pathetic they are Mario/Dwayne stay where you are you would never make it in the real world where accountability matters!
