Jonathann said he went in with an issue but the mechanic who looked at the vehicle didn't just look at the issue, he looked at it as a whole. He said he was up-front, honest, friendly and straight forward. He gave best practices for other issues he had been experiencing to improve things in the future.

This past week, I bit the bullet and took my truck in to be serviced. I've been dreading taking it in for close to a year... partly for the pricing that I knew I couldn't afford, and partly because I'm utterly ashamed of how much I've neglected standard service work. I recently moved to the area, and couldn't ignore my metal on metal, screaming brakes any longer. Prior to taking it in, I walked over to the shop and introduced myself and inquired on a ballpark figure my brakes would cost, explaining the situation. Jakob didn't bat an eye when I described the how bad my brakes were and gave me pricing that was unexpectedly reasonable. I brought my truck in on Monday, and he and Tony were in contact with me throughout the day to let me know what was going on, and additional things that needed attention. In total, I got new pads and rotors, bushings for my suspension, and a long overdue oil change and coolant top off... They checked the tires too. At one point, he asked me if I had anyone to check these things for me. To be honest, living in an apartment, with no garage at the ready, and only really commuting to work and back, I don't typically spend much time thinking about my truck more than filling up the gas tank. I told Tony as much, and he made the remark that any time I need to do any of that, to just come to the shop because we're family now! I found that so endearing, and his concern for me felt so genuine. I am so thankful for finding these guys and taking a chance on my neighborhood mechanic. I will definitely be a long-time customer from now on.
I count my blessings to this day to have found such a reputable mechanic who genuinely cares about their customers. They aren’t here to gauge you on pricing, which is more than fair, but want you to leave satisfied with your vehicle’s maintenance. Highly recommend!
