Stuck in New York.
I called Ron for a new battery after the night before my battery died at the drive-ins at 2am. This is the second time the battery has let me down.
Ron told me my options and steer’d me in the direction that was best for my application. He said come on down I have one in stock!!! When I got there I was greeted with laughter and smiles and a caring heart. He upgraded my battery for me and had it in in 10 - 15 mins. You must know it’s a newer car and the battery is a chore to get to.
I thank Ron and his wife Carrie for the peace of mind i get that when I take my car in for repair it’s done and done right. The battery is just an example of the courtesy you will find when you visit Greylock Repair. I’ve gone there for years for all sorts of work and honestly it’s been flawless every time. Thank you to the crew at Greylock Repair for keeping me safe on the road!
