Excellent Diagnosis
Dealer said tires were in the “yellow” zone so Greylock was putting tires on and doing an alignment only to discover that the tires were at fifty percent and that what was really needed was a tie rod! That tells you all you need to know about this business

A front end wheel alignment.
I will always go to Greylock Repair. They are very trustworthy and they even gave me a ride home and picked me up to get my car.. also there is no pressure and extremely professional and friendly!!!

Thorough, Courteous & Reasonable Service
I've been a customer of Greylock Auto repair for about 10 years. Never have i been dissatisfied with a repair, the service or the cost. Everyone is always friendly, they do not try to sell you anything you don't need (in fact, if you come in thinking you need something like tires, and you don't, they'll tell ya!), and they are in line with market service rates in the area. I no longer live in the area, but continue to choose Greylock because I trust their service and everything they offer.

Oil change
I went for my regular oil change and they found my filter behind my glove box was filthy
And they found an egg in my tire which would have been awful if the tire blew. Very pleased
