Horrible Customer Experience
The customer service is awful here. Not only is the manager rude and dismissive, but the employees (not all) are largely incompetent. They do not honor appointments made in advance, claim to have no knowledge of previous interactions, and are not willing to go the extra mile to help customers. Instead, they approach everything like a sale - even trying to sell services the car doesn't need.
