Very Shady ... I told him to hold off on doing something little he recommended, so he immediately dropped the price $100, so obviously way overcharged me on the big job I brought it in for....total scammers

Keith, I’m sorry to hear you left feeling this way. That’s never the experience we want anyone to have at our shop.

To clarify the pricing concern: we don’t raise or lower prices based on whether someone approves additional work. In your case, I adjusted the price to try to help you get more of the recommended service completed within your budget — not because anything was overpriced or done dishonestly. If that wasn’t communicated clearly, that’s on us, and I apologize for the confusion.

I’d really appreciate the chance to go over the invoice with you so you can see exactly how everything was calculated. We take feedback like this seriously, and I want to make sure you feel confident in the work and the pricing.
