Fair, honest, and transparent
My first time taking my vehicle to Feist and they were amazingly candid about how the cost of the repair work was likely not worth it given the age and overall condition of my car. I'll definitely go back again for my other cars. Joanne was so communicative and transparent. Can't thank her enough!

They go the extra mile and they’re very fast and efficient definitely will be coming back, but not too soon. Oil change in the future.

Great service
Honda Odyssey engine died. They were able to source a used engine with close to the same mileage as mine. Swap the engines out. Cleared 42 error codes. There was another error that appeared. Repair at no additional cost. Test drove for 14 miles to make everything was good. Very happy with repairs. Very friendly and responsive.

Very fast and freindly
I came in without an appt as I found a screw in my tire. They were able to get me in almost immediately and by the time I walked over to Walgreens and back my tire was fixed. The mechanic who worked on it was very nice and helpful. Said he dble checked all my tires and wished me a good day.

Jim said he dropped his vehicle off at 7 in the morning, and wanted his wheels rotated and to get brakes looked at. He called the business throughout the day and finally the service was done around 4-4:30pm. He went in thinking the cost was going to be maybe $50, and was told that the price was $160. Jim wanted to know why, when all he wanted was his tires rotated and his brakes visually looked at which would take maybe 2 seconds. He said the business adjusted the price to $60. When he called to see if the service was done, the employee at the front desk said his tires couldn't be rotated and he needed new brake pads. The mechanic said his tires were real low but could be rotated and the mechanic didn't know what the front desk employee said. He said he was told that his brake pads were bad and got new ones when they didn't need to be fixed. Jim said he was really frustrated and the business has poor communication.

Multiple things fuxwd
JOANN - was very knowledgeable. Only wish is that they would have called me on screw in my tire before repairing it. My tires are covered under a warranty at Costco. It would have saved me $300 dollars. I would like this applied to my next service I have with you coming up in the next few weeks.

Responsive, great customer service
My brakes needed to be done. I stopped in a Saturday, and even though the service area wasn't open, someone was able to help me make an appointment for the following Tuesday am. I dropped my Explorer off, had a call from the manager within a hour confirming that yes, the brakes did need to be done, and this will the be cost. Great, let's do it. They got the parts in and had it done that day. Very pleased with the level of service and responsiveness of the team.
