Great Help with a Vehicle breakdown
Our vehicle was towed to Feist at 3:30 in the afternoon and they took care of it quickly. We had it back within 24 hours. They had great communication and were super friendly.
Thank you to everyone at Feist for making a crappy situation bearable!

Walked in and drove out, Staff are Great
I had walked in with lower control arm issues, unknown to me at the time. Jo Ann got me in with the inspection which was very helpful. JP and the guys wrote it all up in a clear manner. They soured the parts and resolved the issue. A very great group of people. Impressive for a walk in. And they are kind w no games.

Did not have the tools to do the work
I brought the vehicle with a real wheel leak, I was told that they did not have the tools to perform the job and recommended me to another shop but still charged me for the diagnostics. the shop they recommended me to was questioning as to why they charged me if they did have the tools in the first place and they did not provide me with the written diagnostics that would have prevented me from having to pay again for it the other shop. Very disappointing.

Great customer service
