I had a 1015 appointment to get my oil changed the other day. My advisor did not greet me and I had to go find him after about 25 minutes to see what was going on with my car. He was very nice and apologetic and said that they are just running behind with putting 60 to 80 cars through there a day. Then he came and brought me my discharge paperwork and I paced back and forth waiting for someone to bring my car around and again he came over and said sorry they’re just getting Out of a meeting. It was over two hours just to get a simple oil change. Also they vacuumed the front of my car but did not vacuum the backseat or the floorboards in the back.
