Limited service options beyond 3rd year of ownership
I was an early customer of the new Genesis brand having purchased my 2017 G80 in late 2016. Now that my car is out of the complimentary valet service period, I no longer have that luxury. As I learned today, in an attempt to schedule an appointment, I cannot purchase valet service nor request a loaner. Since there are so few Genesis dealers, and I live an hour away from Glassman, I'm left with very few options. I really appreciate the Genesis brand, but buyers must be cautious due to the limited service options - assuming they intend to keep their car for more than three years.
