We appreciate your feedback regarding the repairs made to your vehicle. If I remember correctly you had this problem diagnosed by the dealer that it had a bad alternator then you found an used alternator and had us install. We warned you from the beginning we advised you that we unsure because we could not fully check the "hybrid system" but the dealer had told you it was bad. The coolant pipe had broken when removing the alternator so that had to be replaced.We are glad that the guys we referred you to were able to properly diagnos that the hybrid battery was the fault.
