They sold me a lemon and aren't willing to make the issue right, poor customer service, terrible GM
If I can give negative stars I would. I leased a G90, their flagship vehicle April 1st. Two days later it was in the shop for navigation and map not working. Then the car has been back and further to the dealer every few weeks. Finally they replaced the navigation module, then the cameras on the cluster stopped. Now going on 45 days the car is there and now they say they are just a repair shop and I need to deal with corporate. They sold me a lemon and forcing me to keep it, but they are in possession of it, while I make the monthly payments. The service advisor Donnie is actually a very nice guy and is doing his best, but the entire dealership is under bad management and they lack good customer service to make the situation right. Now I have obtained a lemon attorney to sue genesis for everything back. I do not recommend buying a vehicle from them. Steer clear.
