They sold me a lemon and aren't willing to make the issue right, poor customer service, terrible GM
If I can give negative stars I would. I leased a G90, their flagship vehicle April 1st. Two days later it was in the shop for navigation and map not working. Then the car has been back and further to the dealer every few weeks. Finally they replaced the navigation module, then the cameras on the cluster stopped. Now going on 45 days the car is there and now they say they are just a repair shop and I need to deal with corporate. They sold me a lemon and forcing me to keep it, but they are in possession of it, while I make the monthly payments. The service advisor Donnie is actually a very nice guy and is doing his best, but the entire dealership is under bad management and they lack good customer service to make the situation right. Now I have obtained a lemon attorney to sue genesis for everything back. I do not recommend buying a vehicle from them. Steer clear.

If buying a Genesis insist on cristianinitial
Initial salesman was rude I’m prepared and carrying a sandwich and coffee I told the young lady and reception I will not deal with this man and she went and got someone in Christian who was very professional and good to work with

Thank you for taking the time to let us know how we and Christian did during your purchasing process of your G70.  It is great to hear that working with Christian was a great experience.  He is one of our most knowledgeable Genesis specialists.  I also wanted to let you know that we are currently building our new Genesis location and it will be located on PCH next to the Jaguar and Mercedes dealerships.  This will address all the issues you had with our current facility.  We will also be remodeling the Hyundai location as well this year.  

Anytime I receive a low score alert, I always like to reach out to see what happend.  If you feel Christian did enough to earn a passing score which is 5 out of 5, he would greatly appreciate it.  Let me know if there is anything I can do at this point to help Christian earn a 5 out of 5 rating.

JC was exceptional and overall made the difference during this purchase!!!
My wife and I were researching the Hyundai Santa Fe hybrid upon our arrival to the dealership in South Bay. JC, our sales person whom we'd been in contact with via text, was very transparent about the vehicle not being available. He encouraged us to come by and look at other vehicles. We'd previously drove the Santa Fe at another dealership that morning and was shocked to hear that there was a "market" mark-up of $10k. I was gobsmacked to hear that this $33K vehicle was now being sold for over $40K simply because of "limited stock". So, as you can imagine, we went into South Bay with a bit of hesitancy and irritation.
We asked JC if there was a "markup" at South Bay and he responded with a resounding "NO, we don't do that here". So, even though the Santa Fe wasn't available, JC wanted to show us other options. After a test drive and comparisons to other GV70's and GV80's. We ended up falling in love with the 2022 GV70. The car is immaculate inside and out. Plus, one can't argue that the warranty is out of this world! Overall, JC and the Genesis GV70 were well worth our trip to Hyundai of South Bay.
The car was delivered in pristine fashion with my requested blue bow. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better Christmas present both car and experience. JC is the guy to go to if you're in the marker for a car, no matter what vehicle you've done your research on. Just swing by the dealership and give a few cars a spin but make sure to ask for JC. It was worth it for us.
