No valet pickup service
No valet service as promised! A very important reason I chose to buy a second Genesis. Others Luxury car dealers in SC are doing this.
Right now Because of this I would not recommend to a friend.

Best service of any dealership I've ever dealt with.
I not only have been buying cars for many years, but my husband was in the car business, as well as my son. I have never had such good service as I have had from Noe at Genesis of Poway. He truly wants to make sure the customers are completely satisfied. That results is less visits to the service department.
I previously bought a Hyundai at another dealership, but because of the poor service at that dealership, I chose to go to Genesis of Poway for their service department and Noe.
