I took my car in for service on Monday as both FOB’s stopped working and had to place the FOB at the starter button to start. I called several times to get a status and no one called back even though I left my phone number. Finally got someone on Saturday saying that they were working on it but the Genesis App said that it was parked and locked. No loaner car was available so I am stuck using Uber or Lyft for appointments. I would not recommend this dealership for service.
