Front Brakes Replacement on a 2014 Ford Edge
My Ford Edge with 130,000 miles needed new front brake pads and rotors. With a days notice, Northlake Automotive were able to work me in this afternoon and repairs were done in a timely manner. Price was competitive with a local Ford Service Center.

Kevin said when they test drove it last week, his transmission line blew and they got it back and patched it up, added a new hose and fluid, but didn't charge labor, which was good. It's still a little low on fluid, otherwise, that was the only thing. He dropped it off night before and got it back next day, and was pretty happy about that.

Judy said they were very nice. They gave her an estimate but they did not call to say her vehicle was ready to be picked up. She happened to call for an update. She had to get a neighbor to take her over to pick up her vehicle. It was a misunderstanding.
