Terrible Customer Service
Sold my car on Thursday the 22nd and is now the 1st and still have not gotten my money. I'm also without a car until they give me my money. Funny how responsive they are when buying from them, but once they have your car it's next to impossible to talk to anyone there. Very dissatisfied as I needed a car by Friday the 31st to get the car I wanted and now that can't happen because they won't give me the money that's owed. Unreal since they have the signed transfer of title and the car. Key take aways: Great car and price, but responsiveness doesn’t make it worth it. Takes forever to get any paper work done like previous reviews stated.
