Great service
As always, great service was given by Dressels service station. I'm going to Dressels's for about 36 years. Ever since I got my license in my car, Nicholas has been fixing my car for about 34 years. I have never been wronged by Nicholas or by Dressels. I send as many people as I can there because I know they're gonna get an honest job with an honest bill and that they won't have the same problem coming back over and over again.

Trustworthy and Caring
When my 2007 Toyota Avalon was due for spark plugs I initially thought the estimate was too high. I learned that the job was actually pretty substantial because the plugs in the back are difficult to get at and the intake manifold needs to be removed for access to them. Well Nick came through as always and did the job awesomely and it was over $100 less than estimated. I really appreciate the great care and equally great customer service I get at Dressel’s. My daughter calls Nick the car surgeon. Also it’s worth mentioning that Dina has great customer care skills and the whole team at Dressel’s is committed to their customer’s safety and really try very hard to make sure the cost is kept as low as possible. These days that is very important.

My experience was easy and excellent
Had a problem with my f150. Brought it in for a repair estimate. Got an appointment in two days, and my truck was repaired correctly, and finished earlier than I expected. Price was exactly the same as the estimate. I will now be using this shop for my future repairs . Thank you!

Great Service
I called for an oil change and they could get me in within a week. They were able to do it while I was sitting there. The waiting room is very comfortable. This is the second time I've brought my car here, they've done a great job and are willing to explain what they've done/need to do to the car.

It was an enlightening experience. I was made aware of a dealer issue with my cap system an what my options are. Very much appreciated.

(FAST APPOINTMENT)
I had a sort of emergency my truck was leaking brake fluid.I called on Monday they gave me an appointment on Tuesday. Nick found the leak and fabricated a new brake line, also checked out all my brakes and said brakes were good. He even recharged my air conditioner and got that fixed. I trust Dressels and know the work they do will be done the right way.

oil change and safety checks
Has always been a pleasure having my truck serviced at Dressel’s. Appointment at 7am took my truck in on time. Always been like that. did oil change check fluids ,brakes back home by 8am. They follow the same maintenance schedule that the manufacturer request. also to keep your warranty good that is a requirement that needs to be done. has usual the go above and beyond. Waiting room is great and coffee always available. Been going here for way over 20 years always satisfied.

Amazing and thorough
They always go out of their way to explain the issue in a simple way while being realistic. The work is always done faster than I expect and they are very thorough in everything they do. I love an autoshop that isn’t afraid to admit their own mistakes either. Super trustworthy people that really care about every customer they serve. I’ve been there multiple times in the past year and all the work they do is excellent.

Good service
I was having trouble with my battery and I had to leave it charged for s few hours, AAA told me I had to go to a service station and Dressels is one of the recommend stations. They took me right away. Very pleasant to work with. I would recommend them.

Fast friendly service!
I received fast service and was not pressured to do extra things to my vehicle. Love the friendly staff and the comfort of their clean and functional waiting area was a great bonus!
