E.S.P. Auto Inc. is owned and operated by Kevin Hayes, Christopher LaPlante and Daniel Hayes and was first opened in June of 1993.

Chris and Kevin had a long history of working with Edward Stanley Plaza (who inspired our initials, E.S.P.) at what was then known as the Northampton St. Garage.

Chris and Kevin have been working in the E.S.P. Auto Inc. is owned and operated by Kevin Hayes, Christopher LaPlante and Daniel Hayes and was first opened in June of 1993.

Chris and Kevin had a long history of working with Edward Stanley Plaza (who inspired our initials, E.S.P.) at what was then known as the Northampton St. Garage.

Chris and Kevin have been working in the automotive industry here at E.S.P. for a combined total of more than 50 years. Dan is an alumnus of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and has a deep background in business management.

All of our technicians at E.S.P. Auto are ASE-certified and are mentored to continue to stay up to date through workshops, professional development, training, seminars and subscription to trade journals. ...more

Friendly and good service
I had an oil change and tire rotation done and I t was done quickly and everyone was friendly. I appreciate the recommended services information and the inspection done so I know what I might ask about adding for next time.

ESP is a great place to bring your car!
I have really appreciated the friendliness of staff and the work done on my car. I also was so grateful to be able to use a loner car when my car needed to be worked on for multiple days.

Amazing Service!
Staff is so sweet, the location is so convenient, my car was fixed and given back on the same day even, completely trustworthy and would recommend to everyone! Thank you ESP

ESP for the win!
I've been a loyal customer of ESP for years, and I can't recommend them enough. Whether it's regular oil changes or any other car needs, they always go above and beyond. The team truly feel like your friends and it's clear that they care about each customer. They're trustworthy, dependable, and always ready to help with a smile. Quick service, quality work
ESP were so generous in helping me with my spontaneous brake line issue, they performed a “scheduling miracle” to help me get my car back within 24 hours and allowed me to pick it up after hours on my schedule. They were polite and never talked down to me and I trust the quality of their work. They were fairly expensive to work with, but I think the repair I needed was an expensive one to begin with.

Hello Maia. Thank you for the positive feedback for the work you had done here at ESP. We do strive for 5 stars and we always try to be fair with our pricing, so I'm sorry you thought we were pricey. Unfortunately,  I think inflation is something that is affecting everyone in all areas of our lives, in our case, the cost of goods from our suppliers, which is something we have no control over. However we will continue to strive to offer the best service we can for our customers with honest, reliable work with the best pricing for all.

Above and Beyond
Brought my car in to ESP after it failed its annual inspection. After fixing the issue, the ESP tech actually brought the car back to the inspection place for me to have it reinspected and taken care of so that it was completely ready to go once I picked it up. Exceptional service!

Best in the Area
I've been coming here at least 5 years and have never been dissatisfied with the service. They are scrupulously honest with fair pricing and great communication. I've sent friends here and only gotten thanked by them; they now use ESP too.
