Their service department is AWFUL. I have been trying to make an appointment to get my 2019 Genesis serviced, which came with complimentary valet service. After leaving several messages with Hannah Bader (the Genesis service rep) and nobody returning calls, I was finally able to get through to schedule an appointment. I scheduled the appointment last Thursday for a valet pick up this Tuesday. Unfortunately, nobody came to pick up my car and nobody called to inform me that they would not be coming. This is not the first time I have had issues with scheduling my service appointments with them. They are terrible at communicating and have awful customer service.
