This was the easiest from start to finish car purchase ever. No hiccups, no hidden anything's.
Everything was up front and open and honest.
The car I wanted was somewhere in transit, but as soon as it came in, I got a text message with images and video of the inside and out so that I didn't have to make another trip to the dealer to verify it was the car I was looking for. When it was ready, all I had to do was show up and fill out the paperwork. I could have done it online and had the car delivered but I wanted to do it in person.
Everyone was professional and courteous. Kudos to Genesis of Irving!
