Poor customer service
Went to Genesis of Irving to look at the GV70 and no came to assist my husband and I. We could understand if they busy but that was not the case. The customer service was very poor. Genesis of Irving do better!!

Love it!
Never heard of the Genesis G70 since we actually came in to look at an SUV, but we were considering sedans as well for our next car purchase. We noticed these cute little cars and took one for a test drive and we were sold. Such a nice car, drives very well. Dealership was great too we strongly recommend Freeman. ?

Smoothest car purchase ever
This was the easiest from start to finish car purchase ever. No hiccups, no hidden anything's.

Everything was up front and open and honest.

The car I wanted was somewhere in transit, but as soon as it came in, I got a text message with images and video of the inside and out so that I didn't have to make another trip to the dealer to verify it was the car I was looking for. When it was ready, all I had to do was show up and fill out the paperwork. I could have done it online and had the car delivered but I wanted to do it in person.

Everyone was professional and courteous. Kudos to Genesis of Irving!

Great Buying Experience
I drove from Houston to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Our salesperson was upfront on the vehicle we were trading in and car we were purchasing. The vehicle was ready even when I showed up a little earlier than expected. I was in and out pretty quick. I had been to other dealerships looking at similar vehicles but they were not as upfront and added charges to the vehicle that this dealership didn’t add. I will definitely purchase another car from this dealership in the future.

The team at Genesis of Irving were consummate professionals (Lou, Brian and Steven). From first contact in sales, to financing to accessory ordering, they were eager to assist at every step, thus making us feel valued and not just another feather in their cap. Even after vehicle purchase; they made themselves available and followed up with any loose end issues (car accessories). First class service from an outstanding luxury brand and dealership. OTHER luxury brands seem to think their brand name alone will give them a pass on not engaging and “working for” the customer, not so with Genesis Of Irving. Genuine service, genuine people.

Very good experience.
Having gone to 2 previous Genesis dealerships, I found Genesis of Irving to be the most Professional, most knowledgeable dealership of the three. Lauren was an excellent sales person as she helped me with all features of the vehicle. The finance dept was also excellent. Going to any other dealership (in the DFW area) would be a waste of time in my opinion, they did a very good job.
