They were fast and trustworthy I assumed it was the starter for my car and was quoted 250 to fix after bringing it in they figured out it was just my battery terminals cut the cost to fix in half it’s hard to find mechanics you can trust but these guys are the real deal! Ashley their front counter was super helpful and had excellent service can’t recommend these guys enough!

Worst experience

First off let me say that I never visited this company. I called about the transmission for my Honda. Spoke to the lady in the office, she took my information and concluded that I needed a new one. Said she would get me a quote and call me back, this was at 3pm on a Monday. Never heard from her. So I called that following Friday, talked to Tony, he took my information and said he would call me back, never heard from him. Waited a week, called Tony again, said he was still needing to call his 3rd party company to finish the quote and would call me back. Still have not heard from these people. It's been 3 weeks. If you didn't want to do the job just say so up front. I am on a limited time frame in this state and have to leave at the end of the month. Don't have time to play games with something so serious. Plus they don't do the work it's jobed out. So you pay them to take it out, then you pay an inflated rate for a reman, which is done by another company, to then pay to have it put back in. Why? I'm glad I went elsewhere, and will have my car back before my deadline, and it will all be done under one roof.

Veteran owned. I had spent a thousand dollars over a 2 week period trying to figure out what Tony did in 10 minutes and for WAAAAAAAAY less than that. Ashley was an absolute pleasure as well as her husband Moe. Speaking of two weeks. They had it running in 5 hours. What a great experience. Didn't try to sell me stuff I didnt need. Didn't do the shade tree mechanic thing at all. Thank yall for the utmost professionalism.
