I bought a GV80 3.5 Prestige on 7/15/23. I thought the experience was good until it came to signing the paperwork. I had negotiated an "Out the Door" price with my salesperson, of course that was not honored. We had discussed multiple times that I would be bringing a check for the full amount...and then the Finance Manager tacks on $2k and tries to explain how they could not honor the price. I left the dealership angry with them, they lied to me and probably do it multiple times a day.
