We began the search for a GV80 over two years ago to no avail, until we connected with Gabriel Rich last October. We were very specific about the vehicle we wanted, and once he had one we could see, he called and we made the drive to Denton from OKC to be sure it was the combination we were looking for, and it was! This vehicle was already promised to a customer in another state, so we placed a small deposit down, our vehicle was ordered and the long wait began! However, Gabriel was excellent in keeping us informed when he had information, but more than that he was always gracious and kind when I would just call to inquire about a status update! Fourteen months later, he called to say the vehicle was on the premises! Must say it was a bit surreal after such a long time, but we are thrilled with the GV80! Gabriel is extremely knowledgeable about the GV80 and spent plenty of time “delivering” the car. Moreover, dealing with Gabriel and Genesis of Denton, was the most pleasant experience of purchasing a car we’ve ever had! I can honestly say, we will be back when the time for another vehicle arises!
